CULTIVATION

The cultural practices are traditional and combine the soil labour and the natural grass growth, regarding parcels and orientations. Vines are Double Guyot pruned with windows to well-display and well-aerate the grape harvest.


In June, we thin out the leaves in order to favour the grapes sunshine. From July, in order to optimize the harvest quality, we make a thinning.
